When I write posts about our achievements or career changes, I try to emphasize input of our employees as people in the company are the most valuable asset irrespective of the company size or its field of activities. Motivated, engaged employees bring creativity and innovative ideas to their jobs. They understand how their work contributes to the company’s success and they want to achieve goals. There are hundreds of significant projects and deals on daily basis, some of them are reported officially in the media and professional sources. I would say, writing your posts stay sincere and grateful celebrating small and big wins.

I believe that people are the most important asset in a company. Putting your people first does not mean that the results of the company will suffer. Motivated, engaged employees bring creativity and innovative ideas to their jobs. They understand how their work contributes to the company’s success and they want to achieve goals. Business owners make a lot of effort keeping their employees motivated, but what is the best way to do it? I believe that the answer is knowing your people well.
What I do:
I work as a head of sales for FL Technics, a global aerospace group providing full scope aircraft maintenance, engine repair, parts, and materials supply, APU and LG management, full aircraft engineering, as well as technical training.

Those experiences helped me to realize that to search for yourself and to make mistakes is a vehicle toward personal development, which helps you learn and explore. It is a way to discover and refine your own talents, becoming a better version of yourself.
Leading a team of 50 professionals, I encourage every member of my team to not be afraid of making mistakes. I create opportunities for people to gain new experiences and skills, to reveal their talents thereby achieving professional and personal goals.
