❝This is my favorite post because it was a big moment for me. It represents a pivotal moment in my life that I could’ve never imagined when I was growing up. It’s also my favorite because it shares a really important message to me – be yourself, aerospace needs/wants everyone, and you should never be ashamed of who you are and what you are passionate about.❞

❝This was a successful post because I shared about my journey to embracing my femininity in the aerospace industry. I think the first paragraph about being told not to be feminine resonates with a lot of other women in STEM, so they could see themselves in my shoes while reading this post. And then I talked about how I overcame that and didn’t take their advice — and it worked for me. So I also think that this post was very successful because it was inspirational, honest, and a true representation of someone who works in the industry – so that a lot of other feminine people out there can see themselves in this industry too.❞
