Who am I:

I am the Director of People at Smartcar by day and I grow my dog’s Instagram account by night (@napatheyorkie). I strongly believe in having fun with everything you do.

What I do:

What my typical day to day looks like
1. Peloton in the morning (I make myself believe that i’m consistent but I really do it 3 times a week).
2. Meet with my team of 3 to walk through weekly priorities and supporting them with any questions that they might have.
3. Interviewing candidates.
4. Onboarding new hires.
5. Evaluate new tools, benefits, philosophies that we could be using or adopting as a company.
6. Constantly trying to grow and make our company culture stronger.
7. I personally check in with everyone in the company for 30 min in a 1×1 setting every 2 months to see how they are doing and any feedback that they have
8. Supporting managers
9. Preparing for board meetings, all hands or company standup
10. Taking care of my 8 month old (I’m a new mom!) 11. Open amazon packages since working from home has turned me into a shopaholic.
