What I use Linkedin for:
Linkedin is an incredible platform I use to expand my network, to recruit talents, to stay up to date with industry news, to share ideas and to get inspired by brilliant minds.
Number of Followers:
Who am I:
I am an aviation enthusiast, a world traveller, a mother, a wife, a leader, a friend, an active member of my community, among many other things!
I am an enthusiastic advocate of Women in Aviation and Aerospace. As leaders of this beautiful industry, we have a responsibility to ensure greater diversity and more inclusive workplaces by empowering, inspiring, and role modelling for the next generation of aviation professionals.
What I do:
I am JetClub’s Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Sales. I lead an “All Star” team of passionate aviation professionals based across Europe. Our remit is to educate and introduce our innovative fractional ownership business model to clients across Europe.
As an aviation professional, it excites me to be part of a new, visionary, inclusive brand. We are a newcomer, but one with lots of interesting things to say: as an example, our senior leadership team is 80% female, and we are one of the first players in the business aviation space to introduce electric aircraft to our fleet. My colleagues and I have a bold vision for the future of aviation!
Why you should follow me on Linkedin:
If you are excited by travel, innovation, or business aviation, you will not find a more exciting space! I take seriously my responsibility to lead, mentor, and guide new entrants and young professionals and would welcome anyone that wants to learn more.
Who I follow on Linkedin
Thanks to Matt Higa, since last year I’m following the many brilliant minds of the Top Women in Aviation and Aerospace to follow on Linkedin in 2021. Just to name a few: Fiona McKay and her amazing Leading Ladies of Aerospace and Aviation community. Bianca Cefalo and her bold vision on Aerospace, Shelli Brunswick and her incredible experience and passion to share her journey and many more. This is a group where women share the same values and are truly determined to pave the way for a future and more inclusive aviation and aerospace environment.
Among many others not related to aviation and aerospace, I enjoy following:
Emily Chang, CEO McCann China, big advocate for women who make bold decisions, take courageous actions and make extra ordinary impact with their life. I find her very inspiring.
Cyrille Vigneron, CEO Cartier, his posts are food for thoughts and celebrate art, history, philosophy while sharing his insights on leadership. It’s so uplifting.
Alessandra’s Successful Post
This is an interview where I talk about JetClub’s people first culture, that truly cares about us as individuals, where every effort counts, and every voice is heard. The importance of the human factor is a pillar for JetClub’s culture and success. Every company should champion it and I guess that’s reason for this post success.
