Who am I:
I’m always up for a good challenge—which means I’ve continuously pushed to overcome barriers and take on challenging projects throughout my career and in life. I’m passionate about building relationships with people and working to equip people with the support they need to succeed in our industry.
What I do:
As Textron Aviation’s senior vice president of Global Parts & Distribution. My teams work diligently to support the part requirements for thousands of Beechcraft, Cessna and Hawker aircraft in service.
I also serve as president of Able Aerospace, a component repair and overhaul business for rotorcraft and fixed-wing aircraft, and McCauley Propeller Systems. Together, these businesses offer customers a wide range of differentiated part solutions.
It was an honor to recently serve on the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Women in Aviation Advisory Board and submit recommendations to the FAA about making our industry more accessible to women. I currently serve as a member of the NBAA Leadership Advisory Council, which offers the NBAA Board of Directors guidance on business member interests, and the Board of Trustees for the Wichita Children’s Home, which supports children in need throughout my local community.
Why you should follow me on Linkedin:
I am passionate about our industry and offering followers a behind-the-scenes view into one of the world’s most advanced aviation companies. By working together, we can increase diversity representation and visibility at all levels.
Let’s connect! Together we can ensure the robustness of our industry, today and in the future.
