I believe that people are the most important asset in a company. Putting your people first does not mean that the results of the company will suffer. Motivated, engaged employees bring creativity and innovative ideas to their jobs. They understand how their work contributes to the company’s success and they want to achieve goals. Business owners make a lot of effort keeping their employees motivated, but what is the best way to do it? I believe that the answer is knowing your people well.

Margarita’s Successful Post
What is success? Everybody has their own idea of what success means. There is no standard definition, it is a relative term. I feel happy and successful when my team achieves their goals and when I see synergy and enthusiasm from my colleagues and business partners, working together toward project accomplishment, resulting in a positive impact for all.
