I guess this would be my favorite post. It allowed me to personally recognize our industry and the strides it is making in broadening to more diversity and bringing women to have a seat at the table, not just a handshake in the reception line! It also let me give a nod to my Mom who was a great inspiration to me and who not only paved the way for other women in business aviation, but who helped so many navigate great careers.
